Lil' Lexie Lu Lu Belle

D.O.B. around Jan. 18, 2006

8 weeks old

Lexie Lu, or Lu Lu Belle as we often refer to her, was a rescue puppy that has been with us since she

was about 8 weeks old.  She is a Boston Terrier mix, and she is a medium sized dog, though sometimes

I believe that she thinks she is a cat, so should act like one and be treated like one!

She is very shy of unknown people and it takes her a long time to

come to trust those she does not know.  Once she does know you, she is a wonderful little girl!

She is very obedient, though is still a puppy, so we do keep her on a short leash, so to speak.

She loves to play ball, go to doggie parks, and will catch treats when you toss them to her.

Her favorite treat is popcorn, her favorite cat is Rama, and she loves her nice, soft, pink

doggie bed that her Merrelyn-mom made her.  She sleeps in her kennel at night and is a constant companion

when taking the kids to swim practice.

Lexie at about 8 weeks, and then again about 10 months old.  She has grown into an

adorable girl.  She has a deformed jaw, so her lips get stuck on her teeth sometimes.

We just tell her to fix her lips when this happens.  She brings us much joy as she is a very happy

puppy.

This little girl will win you over with her eyes!  She just has those soulful eyes

that say I love you!  She absolutely ADORES her kitties.

Lexie's first few days home with us.  She is pretty shy and taking a little while

to get adjusted.

What an adorable girl.

One of Lexie's first adventures out into the big, wide world

Again we were visiting Kesha and Kiana's owners to

celebrate their first birthday.

Lexie and Chris...we were actually celebrating

Kesha and Kiana's first birthday, but thought that Lexie

looked pretty darn cute in a birthday hat!

Lexie and Hannah...what a sweet face!  On BOTH girls =-)
